As part of the Ag Day celebration, the Agriculture Council of America asked high school students to participate in an essay and video contest. <p>&#8220;We need a Farm Bill.  We need it now.&#8221;  That was the message USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack had for growers at Commodity Classic in Nashville.  In a one-on-one interview with Mike Adams, the Secretary said he does not want to hear about how difficult it is to pass a Farm Bill.
